As a collaborator of “Il Vomere” and in the role of musician I am pleased to write about the wonderful experience I was honored to have on the occasion of one of the most important events that Marsala has hosted in recent times.

Ignazio Boschetto, a young tenor from Marsala and famous around the world as part of the trio “Il Volo”, was the creator of a concert – event that he decided to organize in his city for his friend Roberto Amadè, a singer from Piemonte who came third in the category “Nuove Proposte” in Sanremo in 2011; the concert had the support of the assessor Patrizia Montalto and the town of Marsala, the Curti family, as well as a large representation of friends who have worked with Ignazio himself, with Caterina, Nina and Vito Boschetto, so that the city could enjoy one of the most interesting shows in the last years. Marsala is ready for the concert Amadè – Boschetto

Amadè - Boschetto concertWhile these days Roberto and Ignazio are rehearsing and finalizing the arrangements for the concert, a press conference was held today at the Palazzo Municipale (Town Hall) in Marsala. In the event were officially presented all the artists who participate in the concert.

Apart from the artist Roberto Amadè were also present the mayor Giulia Adamo, the consultant for cultural policy Patrizia Montalto, Ignazio Boschetto, international star, Micaela Foti, and the journalist Dario Piccolo, who took care of the communication of the musical event. Also attended a group of students of the third year of the Institute “Giuseppe Garibaldi”, accompanied by the professor Mario Di Stefano.

“Ignazio Boschetto once again proves to be great not only as an artist – says Giulia Adamo. In fact, by not forgetting his origins, he has become a testimonial of our city in the world”. ”With Ignazio – clarifies the consultant Montalto – we have endorsed an important pathway that opens with this concert on Sunday. Our hope is to have him back as the protagonist with a show of his own or with il Volo”.
