After waiting for almost a year, 19 May arrived and despite the billowing clouds, thunderstorms and rain, we made our way, to Verona. As we approached the town, the sun came out and bathed the square in warm sunshine, a fitting beginning to “Notte Magica” – a Tribute to the Three Tenors”. Fans were gathering all around the Arena, having travelled from all over Italy even some from the other side of the world, undeterred by the ominous weather forecasts. Dopo un’attesa di quasi un anno, il 19 maggio era arrivato e, nonostante nuvole fluttuanti, temporali e pioggia, eravamo giunti a Verona. Mentre ci avvicinavamo alla città, il sole fece capolino e bagnò la piazza di calda luce, un inizio adatto alla “Notte Magica” – un tributo ai tre tenori “. I fans si stavano radunando tutto intorno all’Arena, dopo aver viaggiato per l’Italia intera e alcuni anche per altri continenti del mondo, indisturbati dalle previsioni meteorologiche.
