Quest’estate si prospetta molto importante per Piero, Ignazio e Gianluca, perché faranno un tour completamente italiano, dopo il grande successo ottenuto all’estero. In origine erano state previste 6 date, cresciute fino a divenire 24: forse continueranno a crescere!
Con tutti gli eventi e gli impegni de Il Volo, è facile perderne le tracce: in questo post abbiamo raccolto tutti i loro step per aiutarvi a ricordare questo meraviglioso tour e questa fantastica estate, in cui tutti voi urlerete “GRANDE AMORE!!!”

♥ Il tour è cominciato con un appuntamento particolare a Pompei, il 10 giugno. Il Volo si è recato tra le antiche rovine per registrare uno speciale per la Detroit Public Television, sulla scia dei tre precedenti PBS (Il Volo… takes flight, Il Volo We Are Love and Il Volo Buon Natale). La scaletta era stata predisposta differentemente da quella del resto dei concerti del tour e le aspettative erano alte, anche se sono state completamente soddisfatte. Piero, Ignazio e Gianluca hanno dedicato ogni canzone al pubblico Americano e all’inizio della serata hanno esclamato: “Benvenuti in Italia!”. Il PBS è stato trasmesso a Detroit il 6 luglio e sarà mandato in onda in tutta l’America ad Agosto. Presto anche il resto del mondo potrà comprare il DVD e permettere a Il Volo di incantare le famiglie.

Il giorno seguente, 11 giugno, RA1 ha trasmesso il concerto della Polizia di Stato “Esserci Sempre” presentato da Alessandro Greco, registrato in precedenza, al quale Il Volo aveva partecipato insieme a Lorenzo Fragola e altri artisti.

♥ Il Volo si è inseguito esibito nella Piazza Grande di Locarno il 12 giugno. Anche se Locarno si trova in Svizzera, con questa data è iniziato il tour italiano del gruppo. Nemmeno la pioggia ha fermato il pubblico dal presenziare al concerto scherzando con Il Volo, che ha cantato visibilmente emozionato: Piero, Ignazio e Gianluca in quel giorno hanno incontrato per la prima volta il loro nuovo pubblico, italiano, e i sentimenti scaturiti da questa esperienza si possono percepire dai video che sono apparsi su internet. In quel concerto, Ignazio ha cantato Unchained Melody da solo, senza Gianluca.

This summer is about to be very important for Piero, Ignazio and Gianluca, because they will do an entirely Italian tour, after all the success they had abroad. Originally, they had to do 6 dates, that increased and became more than 24 – and maybe they will continue to grow!
With all the dates and the activities of Il Volo, is easy to lost their tracks: in this post we collected all their steps to help you to remember this amazing tour and amazing Summer, in which everybody will scream “GRANDE AMORE!!!!”

♥ The Tour started with a particular date, in Pompeii, on June 10th. Il Volo went there to record live from the ancient ruins a special concert for Detroit Public Television, like the ones they did before (Il Volo… takes flight, Il Volo We Are Love and Il Volo Buon Natale). The playlist was different from the one sang in the following concerts and the expectation was high, although extremely pleased. They directed the songs to the American audience and started the evening exclaiming: “Welcome to Italy!” The PBS was broadcasted in Detroit on July 6th and will be aired all over America in August. Soon even the rest of the world could buy the DVD and let Il Volo enchanted the families.

On June 11th was broadcasted on RAI1 the pre-recorded concert “Esserci Sempre, concerto della Polizia di Stato”, in which Il Volo sang along with Lorenzo Fragola and other artists. The evening was hosted by Alessandro Greco.

♥ Il Volo then performed in Locarno, live from the Piazza Grande, on June 12th. Even if Locarno is in Switzerland, with this date the Italian tour of Il Volo began. Not even the rain stopped the audience from attending the concert and joking around with Il Volo, that performed on the stage in a very emotional state: in Locarno they first met their Italian audience and all the feelings could be seen in the few videos that popped on Internet after that night. That was the concert in which Ignazio performed Unchained Melody alone.

Il Volo news – after Sanremo

Il Volo won Sanremo 2015We are still thrilled by the victory of Il Volo on the 65º Festival della Canzone Italiana. To win Sanremo 2015 it is not a surprise for those who follow the career of Piero, Ignazio and Gianluca. Since before 2010 and the formation of Il Volo each one of this young men was cultivating his talent, studying, participating in regional festivals, testing himself, learning and becoming an amazing artist. Ti Lascio Una Canzone did not discover anything, on the contrary, what was already notorious in Naro, Marsala or Montepagano was brought to the attention of all Italy. The same Italy that today can recognize how much they have grown as artists and as people.

We are proud of you guys not only for the victory on Sanremo, a victory that (yes!) was announced maybe on 2007 or 2008, but for the victory after Sanremo, against all small and large ‘events’ that the first victory may cause.

Today Il Volo attended the presentation of the Armani’s Autumn-Winter collection 2015-2016, an event part of the Milan Menswear Fashion Week. We did a small report here: Il Volo on Emporio Armani Show.

Ignazio Boschetto was mentioned on an article about Mauro Marino – a young musician of Marsala that won the audition to the Orchestra Giovanile Italiana.
