On August 5, 2013 at the Castello Medievale di Caccuri in Crotone, took place the press conference to present the Torre d’Argento – the award created by Michelle Affidato to the “Premio Letterario Caccuri 2013”. The II Edizione del Premio Caccuri will take place on August 8, 9 and 10, 2013, three days of interviews, presentations, cultural activities and award ceremony offered by the Accademia dei Caccuriani.
Presents at the event Marianna Caligiuri, mayor of the Comune di Caccuri, and the Premio Letterario Caccuri organizers Adolfo Barone, Roberto De Candia and Olimpio Talarico. Il Volo and Michele Torpedine attended the event as special guests.
Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto and Gianluca Ginoble received an special award recognizing their success worldwide, and Michele Torpedine, their manager, was awarded as the Italain producer who sells more discs worldwide. A special award by Michele Affidato to whom they had made a visit on the afternoon at the Affidato showroom.
